Parque Del Oeste - Branding & Merchandise

The European Tourism Association ran an international design competition for a full brand identity, including merch, for a European landmark of our choice. The aim was to inspire tourists from across the globe to not only visit, but to take home a souvenir, with the hope of inspiring Europe's most popular landmarks to join a new European Tourism Collective.


I rebranded the Parque Del Oeste in the Spanish capital of Madrid, an iconic park that is host to many iconic monuments, sculptures and sights renowned for their beauty as well as historical and cultural value.  


My aim was to center the key attractions; the sunset, Templo De Debod and Fir Trees within a minimalist and versatile logo design that could be adapted into a pattern design. The resulting identity is fresh and contemporary yet understated and true to the park’s timeless essence.

This was a response to a brief from Briefbox.
